  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix and powdered sugar.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 2 minutes until well combined and smooth.
  • Incorporate Cool Whip: Add in the Cool Whip and beat on medium speed until the mixture is fully combined and fluffy.
  • Use or Store: Use the frosting immediately to top cakes or cupcakes. If storing for later use, transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
