  • Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan that fits into your air fryer with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Prepare Ingredients: Cut the refrigerated canned biscuits into quarters and slice the pepperoni pieces in half.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, sliced pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, melted butter, garlic powder, and garlic salt. Toss until well combined.
  • Transfer to Bundt Pan: Transfer the mixture to the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly.
  • Air Fry: Place the bundt pan in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally. If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover with foil for the last 10 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
  • Cool and Invert: Once baked, carefully remove the bundt pan from the air fryer. Let it cool for a few minutes, then invert the pan onto a large plate to release the pizza monkey bread.
  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
