  • Prepare the Coatings: Crush the ritz crackers into fine crumbs. Pour the milk, grated cheese, and cracker crumbs into separate shallow dishes. Mix the salt and pepper into the cracker crumbs.
  • Coat the Chicken: Dip each piece of chicken into the milk, then into the grated cheese, pressing the cheese onto the chicken. Next, coat the chicken with the cracker crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
  • Air Fry the Chicken: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and air fry for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and crispy.
  • Prepare the Sauce: While the chicken is cooking, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and butter in a medium saucepan. Whisk together over medium-high heat until the sauce is heated through and smooth.
  • Serve: Serve the crispy chicken hot with the creamy sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping. Garnish with dried parsley if desired.
