  • Make Gravy: Stir in flour until dissolved. Add 2 cups milk, stirring occasionally until the gravy reaches the desired consistency, about 10 minutes. Season with black pepper.
  • Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare Pizza Crust: Place the pre-baked pizza crust on a baking sheet that fits your air fryer. Brush with olive oil. Spread half of the sausage gravy over the crust.
