- Prepare Apple Filling: In a bowl, combine the chopped apples, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the apples evenly.
- Fill Egg Roll Wrappers: Place a scoop of the apple mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold one side over the apples, then fold in the sides, and roll up to close. Use a bit of water on the edge to seal.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush with Olive Oil: Brush each apple pie with a bit of olive oil.
- Air Fry: Place the apple pies in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, then flip and air fry for another 5 minutes. The pies should be golden brown and the wrapper should slightly bubble.
- Cool and Dust: Let the pies cool a bit, then dust with an icing sugar and cinnamon mix.
