  1. Prepare Dumplings:
    • In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients with a fork or pastry blender. Stir in the milk, mixing with a fork until the dough forms a ball.
    • Heavily flour a work surface. Roll the dough out thin with a heavily floured rolling pin.
    • Cut the dumplings into squares about 2×2 inches each using a pizza cutter or knife. Place them on a heavily floured plate, separating layers with additional flour.
  2. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare Chicken and Broth:
    • Pour the chicken broth into an air fryer-safe pot or dish that fits into your air fryer. Add the cooked chicken to the broth.
