- Prepare the Zucchini (Time: 5 minutes):
- Slice the zucchini into thin rounds or sticks.

- After a few minutes, squeeze the liquid from the zucchini slices using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
- Prepare the Coating (Time: 3 minutes):
- In one bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and flour.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, marjoram, and paprika.
- Coat the Zucchini (Time: 2 minutes):
- Roll the zucchini slices in the flour and breadcrumb mixture.
- Then dip the coated zucchini into the egg mixture with cheese, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Preheat the Air Fryer (Time: 3 minutes): Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Cook the Zucchini (Time: 10 minutes):
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Spray the zucchini slices lightly with olive oil.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the zucchini slices are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Remove the crispy zucchini slices from the air fryer and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
