Air Fryer Mushrooms and Scrambled Eggs

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss mushrooms with olive oil and soy sauce, and season with pepper.
  3. Place mushrooms in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket after 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and place in a small bowl. Toss with garlic butter and parsley.
  5. Serve warm.

Scrambled Eggs

  1. Spray a pan that will fit into the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray. You can also brush the pan with vegetable oil or melted butter if you prefer. Then place the pan inside the air fryer basket. A pie pan or round cake pan could work.
  2. Crack 2 eggs into a large bowl and add the milk. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper to season and whisk together until fully combined.
  3. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan that you have placed inside the air fryer basket.
  4. Put the basket into the air fryer and cook the eggs at 375°F for 3 minutes. When the 3 minutes are up, remove the air fryer basket and stir the eggs with a spatula or spoon to break them up.
  5. Then put the air fryer basket back in to cook for another 2 minutes at 375°F. After cooking for 2 minutes, remove the air fryer basket and stir the eggs again. Finally, put the air fryer basket back into the air fryer one more time, again at the same temperature, and cook for for 1 last minute.
  6. When done, remove the air fryer basket and transfer the perfectly cooked eggs to your seving dish to enjoy!
