Airfryer asparagus with a crispy Parmesan crust

  1. Prepare an (almost) classic breading process: Fill three shallow bowls that are long enough for your asparagus spears. The 1st with flour, the 2nd with egg beaten with salt and the 3rd with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan
  2. Roll the asparagus spears one after the other in flour, egg and breadcrumbs until they are breaded all over.
  3. Place the crisp plate in your air fryer and preheat to 180°C for 3 minutes.
  4. Spray or brush your asparagus thinly with oil and bake it for 11 minutes (a little longer if the spears are very thick) at 180°C. The asparagus does not need to be turned.
