Air Fryer Sweet Potato Chips

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 350F / 180C.
  2. Peel and wash the sweet potato. Using a mandolin, slice the sweet potato thinly and allow the pieces to dry for 5 minutes.
  3. Spritz the slices with oil and place in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chips are nice and crispy. Repeat the process in batches until all the remaining slices are cooked.
    Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and serve.
