EASY AIR FRYER BREAKFAST FRITTATA

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 black Pepper

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add your diced vegetables, then add your eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Grease an air fryer-safe pan with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Set the pan into the air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  5. Check the frittata before removing them to make sure that the center is set.
  6. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
