- Pull apart the Oreos and scrape off the cream filling, set the Oreo biscuits part to the side and add the cream filling to a bowl with the quark, sweetener, vanilla extract and 3 teaspoons of Sweet Freedom Choc Shot
- Mix until all combined.
- Place the Oreo biscuit part in a ziplock bag and bash until crushed.
- Sprinkle this into the bottom of a mini springform pan (no wider than 10cm (or can use a small dish), spray with a little spray oil and then roughly flatten into the base of the pan.
- Spoon in the quark mixture, smooth over the top and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- When ready to serve, carefully release from the spring form pan, and using a spatula carefully slide onto a plate. Drizzle over the top with the remaining teaspoons of Choc Shot.
