  • 70g ginger cake, cut into chunks
  • 2 x 11.5g sachets sugar-free strawberry jelly crystals
  • 200g fresh strawberries, halved or thickly sliced
  • 300g low-fat custard from a can or carton
  • 300g plain quark
  • 1 ball of stem ginger from a jar, finely chopped, plus 1 level tbsp syrup from the jar
  • 75g reduced-fat aerosol cream
  • 20g roughly chopped pistachio nuts, to sprinkle
