Blueberry, Lemon Drizzle Hi-fi and white choc cheesecakes

  1. Finely chop 1½ Hi-fi bars and divide them between 2 x 175ml glasses or jars. Using the end of a rolling pin or the back of a spoon, level the tops, squashing the crumbs down to make a firm cheesecake-style base.
  2. Add the blueberries, reserving a few to decorate. Mix the white chocolate powder with the quark until smooth, then divide it between the glasses or jars and level the tops.
  3. Thinly slice the rest of the Hi-fi bar and use the slices to decorate the cheesecakes, along with the reserved blueberries. Chill for 1 hour (or up to 1 day) so that the white chocolate flavour can really develop.
