- Finely chop 1½ Hi-fi bars and divide them between 2 x 175ml glasses or jars. Using the end of a rolling pin or the back of a spoon, level the tops, squashing the crumbs down to make a firm cheesecake-style base.
- Add the blueberries, reserving a few to decorate. Mix the white chocolate powder with the quark until smooth, then divide it between the glasses or jars and level the tops.
- Thinly slice the rest of the Hi-fi bar and use the slices to decorate the cheesecakes, along with the reserved blueberries. Chill for 1 hour (or up to 1 day) so that the white chocolate flavour can really develop.
