Cinnamon French toast

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sweetener and ground cinnamon until well combined. Dip each slice of bread into the egg, allowing the bread to soak up the mixture.
  2. Spray a large non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and put it over a medium-high heat. Fry the bread in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it’s golden.
  3. Slice the toast in half diagonally and add 4 halves to each plates. Divide over the yogurt and berries and dust with a pinch of cinnamon.
