Nandos Loaded Fries Fakeaway

My take on the Nandos secret menu item, the Nandos loaded fries. Fries, shredded Nandos style chicken, halloumi and my piri mayo!

Ingredients

  • 2 large skinless chicken breasts
  • Chips
  • Optional: Spring onion
  • For the sauce:
  • Red chillies (adjust according to personal taste, the more chillies the hotter it is!)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • juice of one lemon
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp malt vinegar
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 50ml water
  • 1/2 pack halloumi
  • Peri Mayo:
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • Pinch salt & pepper
