  1. Mix together the yoghurt and flour until it forms a dough. You may need to add a little more flour, but adjust the calories accordingly.
  2. Roll the mixture out into 8 even balls.
  3. Flatten each ball and add a teaspoon of biscoff spread in the centre, then roll the rest of the dough up around it, making sure there are no holes.
  4. Spray each doughnut with low-calorie cooking spray.
  5. Add to the air fryer at 160 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
  6. Mix the cinnamon and sweetener together and dip each doughnut into it.
  7. Best served warm with melt in the middle biscoff
