- Mix together the yoghurt and flour until it forms a dough. You may need to add a little more flour, but adjust the calories accordingly.
- Roll the mixture out into 8 even balls.
- Flatten each ball and add a teaspoon of biscoff spread in the centre, then roll the rest of the dough up around it, making sure there are no holes.
- Spray each doughnut with low-calorie cooking spray.
- Add to the air fryer at 160 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Mix the cinnamon and sweetener together and dip each doughnut into it.
- Best served warm with melt in the middle biscoff
