Instructions
- Fry off a red onion tender stem broccoli chestnut mushrooms & spinach until soft
- Mix the eggs cottage cheese mixed herbs together
- Mix with the veggies season with salt & pepper & add in 60g grated cheese
- Add into a spring form cake tin
- Pop the tomatoes in then top with 60g grated cheese 30g is a Healthy A choice
- Place on a baking tray then bake in the oven on 180° for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
