Dirty lamb kebabs

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano or mint
  • Juice of 1 lemon, plus wedges to serve
  • 600g lean lamb leg steaks, visible fat removed, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 3 tbsp cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • Pinch of sweetener granules
  • 1 large red onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 3 large peppers (a mix of colours), deseeded and cut into chunks
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • 200g fat-free natural Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 x 60g wholemeal pitta breads, split open
  • Shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, fresh mint leaves and a few pickled chillies, to serve
