Chipotle Chicken Taquitos

  1. Heat pan at a high temperature, with low cal spray oil.
  2. Add the vegetables and fry for around 5 minutes, until they are crispy.
  3. Remove the vegetables from the pan.
  4. Reheat the pan with more low cal spray and add the chicken, with the spices and chipotle paste.
  5. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Add 60ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Put the vegetables back into the pan and reheat while stirring all of the ingredients together.
  8. Serve in soft wholemeal taco boats and top with 1 tbsp Dairygold Deli Smokey Chipotle mayo.
