- Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray. Cook the chicken strips for 5 minutes.
- Combine the spices in a pestle and mortar, or bowl, and add to the chicken with the tomato puree. Cook out for 3 minutes.
- Add the sliced peppers and onions, and the water. Mix well and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with wraps or rice, and a dollop of fat free yoghurt!
